THE SITE AIMING AT DEVELOPMENT

The Limassol Municipality Business Center enjoys a competitive and privileged location. It is situated between the two central roads of Franklin Roosevelt and Demokratias, very close to the commercial port of the city, and has easy access to the center of the city.
The Business Canter is designed to meet the city's needs for business accommodation with shops and offices, as well as entertainment with the construction of two cinema halls, restaurant, bar and other leisure areas.

 

THE ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN RESPECTING AESTHETICS

The design of the Limassol Municipality Business Canter was made with special attention care and respect for aesthetics and functionality. The five buildings that comprise the complex stand independently, yet they create a harmonious and unified whole.The main characteristics of the building complex are comfortable spaces, functionality, and architectural symmetry and balance.

 

THE BUILDINGS - FUNCTIONALITY, DESIGN, QUALITY

The Limassol Municipality Business Center is composed of five independent buildings that include luxurious offices, shops, a restaurant, two underground cinema halls and other common areas. The shops-showrooms have display windows both at the front and at the rear which are made from laminated glass without aluminum frames. They also have provision which enables the creation of a unified area in the case of joining two of them. In the offices, provision has been made for raised flooring enabling unlimited high technology applications as well as flexible adjustment of internal partitioning.

The business center has a spacious underground parking lot.

The external common areas comprise the plaza, a green area and a system of arcades on to which the stores as well as the restaurant open. In the plaza there is an area available for sculpture exhibitions and musical performances. The plaza is protected, visually and acoustically, from the highway, with a one-floor building with shops.

The green area includes a fountain, rows of trees and pedestrian walkways linking the buildings and creating a unified whole.
The overall design of the center was drawn to the highest quality and safety standards. Special attention was given to energy-saving applications and the creation of comfortable "human" areas.

For heating and air-conditioning purposes, provision has been made for the latest high technology system VRV, while the eight elevators of the center meet strict quality and safety standards.

Finally, the external facade is covered with natural materials, stone and granite requiring low maintenance.
